This card comes from OnePy Berry Berry Match, a Bandai arcade card game that ran in Japanese arcades from 2008 to 2013, where physical cards were scanned into the cabinet to unlock characters and their moves for real time battles, built off art recycled from the One Piece Grand Battle console series, a genuinely offbeat corner of the franchise's card history for a character as legendary as Roger to show up in.
